GTech – Group of Technology Companies (GTech) is the Industry body of Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management (BPM) organisations in Kerala. GTech works closely with the Government of Kerala to promote the accelerated growth of the IT industry in the state. Established in 2001. GTech provides the platform for domain and technology companies from across the world for enterprise and strategic alliances with Member Organisations.

Job Opening: Manager - Operations

Location: Kochi & Kozhikode

Qualification: Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred.

Experience: 3 to 4 years in similar roles ( Sales, Operations )

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Build and sustain relationships to promote member engagement within GTech
2. Develop trusted relationships with the CXOs of the organizations, build trust by providing a consistent and reliable experience for the members, Build a thorough understanding of key member needs and requirements.
3. Acquiring new members in the Region, Market intelligence.
4. Conceptualize Small / Medium / Large engagement and ensure execution of those engagements – Involves working with speakers, sponsors, delegates, etc.
5. Expand the relationships with existing members by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and evangelize them about GTech services.
6. Supporting new companies to set up work in Kerala by providing them details about the industry, talent, landscape, etc. Connect them to the relevant authorities & consultants that will help them in the journey.
7. Keep GTech leadership apprised of events, activities in the region - periodic reporting.
8. Build a good understanding of the technologies and services in the IT Industry and its growth path ahead.
9. Support and manage all activities of Gtech under supervision of GTech Secretariat and Leadership.
