VK Mathews, the Founder and Executive Chairman of IBS Software, is a thought leader in the aviation and travel business. He holds several important positions in Government agencies, academic institutions, and trade bodies. Mathews has a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the IIT Kanpur, and executive management education from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

Richard is the India Location Leader, EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). In this role, Richard (Richie) is responsible for driving the India operational strategy and Operational transformation initiatives across EY GDS.

Richie has over 29 years of experience and since joining EY in 1997, Richie has held several leadership roles in GDS including in areas of Technology, Knowledge Management, Workplace enablement Services etc. In his current capacity, Richie closely works with the Global Chief Operations officer to create long-term value and deliver the world-class experience for our people and clients.

Richie is also instrumental in strategizing the Open innovation activities of EY GDS and is building an innovation driven ecosystem comprising of Academic institutions, Entrepreneurs and Government institutions

Richie is passionate about entrepreneurship and takes part in mentorship programs and workshops to support young impact entrepreneurs and is a long advocate in bringing technology as a key enabler to solve some of the pressing societal problems. Richie is a firm believer in serving the community and is closely associated with the EY Corporate Responsibility program

With over twenty-five years of experience in the IT, Business, Consulting and Entrepreneurship space, I have delivered solutions to businesses including Universities, Automotive Suppliers, PR and Marketing Firms, IT Solutions, and Insurance. As an IT consultant, I have also been a preferred vendor to Fortune 500 clients like Charles Schwab, Conseco, Allison Transmissions and Eli Lilly.

From Programmer to Project Manager, to Consultant and Business Leader, my experience spans multiple roles and responsibilities that cut across different departments and teams. My core strength is the ability to establish a common vision, communicate a clear understanding of the project goals and company direction, and execute it collaboratively.

As a Founding Member and Executive Director at Suyati Technologies, my role is to ensure that internal and external communication is aligned to the goals and vision of the company. I also oversee Suyati's CSR initiatives. I am also passionate about women entrepreneurship. As a mentor for eWIT's Aceelerated Leadership Program, and as Chair for TiE Kerala's TiE Women initiative for 2021, my focus is to help build the right ecosystem for women entrepreneurs in the state.

Manoj B. Dethan is the CEO of Edify Data Science with 25 years of hands-on extensive global experience in Information Technology and Data Analytics across private and public clouds.

Powered by his Engineering background, Manoj started his entrepreneurial journey in 2004 by Co-founding Kreara Solutions Pvt Ltd and served as its Director. Investing on his expertise in the field, he started the Edify Data Science Pvt Ltd in 2017 which serves transnational clients.

Manoj is associated with G-Tech for more than a decade. He was a member of the Business Focus Group of G-Tech during 2014-2016. In addition to being an Executive Member of the G-Tech during 2020-2022, he also was a member of the G-Tech Member Focus Group. He was actively involved as a member of the By-Laws Committee in amending the By-Laws of the G-Tech and was instrumental in getting G-Tech registered under the RoS.

His influential attribute was functionally reflected when he set up G-Tech’s meeting with Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Govt. of India in November, 2021.

A self-made man with diligence, the virtue of his benevolence is rightly served through his membership in various charitable organisations by way of significant contributions to altruistic causes. He is also a Free Mason.

Vishnu hails from Trivandrum and is a management professional with a Masters in Business Administration. Until his joining GTech, he was with the Confederation of Indian Industry and served the organisation for 4 years from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, he worked with Infosys Bangalore for a couple of years.
