Senior Salesforce Admin

Job Responsibilities: 

Responsible for all aspects of administration and development of internal Salesforce deployment.

• Implement documented business workflows
• Requirement gathering and analysis from internal stakeholders
• Design and integration of system enhancements to meet business needs
• Salesforce CPQ design and implementation
• Configuration, customization and development within Salesforce

• Salesforce API implementations with external systems

• Data mapping to/from external systems – data import/export

• Deployment from Sandbox to QA/Production environment

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science

• 10+ years hands-on experience on Salesforce, web applications, app exchange applications

• 5+ of experience working in Agile software development methodologies

• 3+ years implementing complex CPQ configurations – multi-SKU, SKU/product bundles, built in product dependencies, discount tiering
• Proficient in Apex Classes, Visual force, Triggers, Workflow rules, Assignment Rule, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Apex Triggers, Test classes
• Write visual force pages¸ components¸ and custom controllers
• Knowledge of the SQL query Language
• Understanding of web services technologies SOAP¸ REST¸ JSON
• General knowledge of JavaScript¸ HTML¸ XML¸ CSS is preferred

• Working experience in configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com

• Experience with Salesforce API and integration to external systems

• Data import/export experience using data loader or via API

• Experience with source version control systems – bitbucket, github

• Preparing and reviewing technical design documentation

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Lightning application development
• Experience with integration to PSA tools integrated to force.com platform such as Kimble/Financial force
• Salesforce certification

 Candidates preferrable people who are coming from Salesforce implementation type companies and who have implemented salesforce, CPQ and Pardot for tech services industry. Experience with Kimble (or any other force.com platform PSA) would be ideal.
